Company / SentryTrack + Vizra
A higher standard of care for life on two wheels.
SentryTrack is the company behind Vizra. Vizra brings emergency support, navigation, maintenance tracking and community into one app shaped by what riders need.
01 / The thesis
A mission rooted in the riding community.
The need
When a rider goes down alone, nobody knows.
Emergency response on rural US roads takes 15 to 23 minutes longer than in cities, and Apple's Crash Detection is designed for cars. Riders are the gap.
The starting point
Safety at the center.
SOS, fall detection and emergency contacts, surrounded by the things riders open the app for every day: routes, maintenance, their pack.
The long-term bet
Road knowledge built by riders.
Every ride adds to what Vizra knows about the road: hazards, hard braking, the corners that catch people. Other two-wheel vehicles are on the roadmap.
02 / Where we stand
Progress, in plain sight.
In private testing
The Vizra app
A working iOS app with SOS, fall detection, emergency-contact alerts, navigation with crash history, maintenance tracking, nearby riders and hazard reporting.
Next
Earn repeat use.
Widen testing beyond the founding team and measure whether riders open Vizra again on their next ride.
Long-term ambition
Serve more of the two-wheel community.
Develop experiences for e-bikes, scooters and other powered two-wheelers as testing and research show what each group needs.
03 / Early evidence
A product being ridden.
Product
iOS beta in TestFlight.
Successive builds shipped to testers, each tracked against tester feedback.
Field learning
Real rides inform the build.
Founder rides in September changed map visibility, route previews and how fall alerts reach a locked phone.
Next measurement
Repeat riding.
How Vizra fits into everyday riding, measured before wider access opens.
Drawn from our September 2026 build and testing records.
04 / Market and business model
Earn value alongside the rider.

Free forever
Safety never sits behind a paywall.
SOS, fall detection, check-in, emergency contacts, hazard reports and warnings, ride recording and route navigation with crash history. Ride with a pack of up to three.
Rider Pass · $49 / year
Everything else Vizra does.
Garage and maintenance, groups, events and challenges, unlimited packs, coaching, safety score and offline maps. Founding riders can lock in lifetime access at launch.
Partners pay the Pass
Insurers and dealers put Vizra in riders' hands.
Insurers cover the Rider Pass for their policyholders every year, and dealerships include the first year with a new bike. Partners never receive an individual rider's data.
Garage referrals
The right part when the bike needs it.
When maintenance comes due, the Garage links to the part for that bike from retailers riders already trust, earning a referral commission.
Road insights
Opt-in data that makes roads safer.
Riders who opt in let Vizra learn from their recorded rides: where they brake hard, how they take corners, where hazards cluster. What anyone else sees is combined road data, never an individual rider's rides. It improves Vizra for everyone and, over time, can help transport agencies fix dangerous roads. Never sold to insurers.
Pricing and partnerships are planned, not yet live.
