How emergency support works
SOS fires two ways: you hold the button, or Vizra detects a crash and you don't answer. Either way, riders in your pack get your position and a route to you, and emergency contacts who agreed to it get a notification with your location.
After a sudden stop, crash detection asks if you're OK before it does anything, so you can cancel a false alarm.
Set a return time before you leave. Miss it and Vizra notifies your contacts with your last known location, even if your phone has died.
Crash detection may not catch every crash and may sometimes alert when there was none. Vizra does not contact emergency services for you.
